This 12,000 sq. ft., custom home includes; 17 ultra-high-definition 4K TVs with an 85" TV in the media room and twin 75" TVs in the gym The distributed audio sound system includes well over 70 speakers and we provided two dozen Lutron motorized shades/drapes. All systems including house-wide Lutron automated lighting are accessed through Control4 with various 10" in-wall touch screens and custom remote controls.
